    2I need to check eligibility and benefits for a patient or I need to confirm whether pre-certification is required for a service ꟷ how do I complete this?
    NovaNet is a PPO network, not a benefits administrator or claims payor. Please consult the member's identification card for the appropriate contact information.
    3I need to check the status of a claim.
    To obtain information about a medical insurance claim, please use the claims verification and/or benefits and eligibility contact information on the member’s ID card. To obtain information about a workers’ compensation claim, please use the claim payor’s contact information on the EOR (Explanation of Review).
    4How do I know if a member is accessing NovaNet's medical network?
    The NovaNet logo will be on the member's identification card and NovaNet will be identified as the discount source on the EOB (Explanation of Benefits).
    5How do I know if I am a participating dental provider?
    Please consult the member’s dental ID card for the name/logo of the dental network. If you are contracted with that dental network, you are in network for that member.
    6How do I find Claim Status?
    To obtain information about a medical insurance claim, please use the claims verification and/or benefits and eligibility contact information on the member’s ID card.
